§ 01 · HACC ICS

Intelligent Communication Systems (ICS)

See who's calling. Stop what shouldn't get through. Protect what must stay private.

HACC ICS sits in front of your network, the way your security layer already sits in front of your email. Every inbound call is scored before it connects, and your rules decide what gets through. Your sensitive lines stay out of monitoring, and you keep an auditable record of what was said, who looked at it, and how the call was actually delivered.

Built for government agencies and enterprises whose conversations carry risk.

Visibility

Know the identity, risk, and intent behind inbound calls, and search what was said on the calls you're permitted to record.

Protection

Imposters, spoofing, and synthetic audio are stopped on your rules, before they reach your people.

Accountability

Sensitive conversations stay protected, every staff action is logged, and delivery gaps come with evidence your carrier can act on.

§ 02 · The problem

Voice is the channel with the least oversight

Email and chat are filtered, archived, and scanned. Most calls aren't. The channel where fraud, impersonation, and coordination happen has the fewest controls and the thinnest record.

01

Threats move to the phone.

Spoofed numbers, impersonation, and synthetic audio target the channel with the fewest controls.

02

Obligations don't stop at email.

Contracts, policies, and investigations call for records you can find, trust, and produce.

03

The wrong recording is a liability.

Capturing a legal, clinical, or crisis-line call by mistake creates exposure you can't undo.

§ 03 · The platform

What HACC ICS does

One platform for the intelligence your communications are missing: what's coming in, what gets through, and what the record shows afterward.

visibility · 06

See what's coming in

  • Secure calling across phones, video terminals, kiosks, and tablets
  • Number reputation and carrier attestation on every inbound call
  • Risk scored before the call connects; intent read once it does
  • Behavioral signals across callers and over time
  • Recording and retention per program, with legal hold and export
  • Permitted conversations become searchable text

protection · 06

Stop what shouldn't get through

  • Calls allowed, challenged, or stopped on your rules, in path
  • Spoofing, impersonation, and synthetic audio, without identifying the speaker
  • Alerts on keywords, restricted contacts, and three-way call attempts
  • TrafficIQ™ behavioral analysis across calls, callers, and time
  • Trust signals that build as patterns emerge
  • Live monitoring for authorized staff

accountability · 06

Keep the record straight

  • HR, health, crisis, legal, and financial lines excluded by your design
  • Privileged lines designated by documented procedure, changes logged
  • MFA, server-enforced permissions, and a log of every search and export
  • What arrived compared against what your carrier reported
  • Contact rules, pre-call announcements, documented consent
  • Scheduled reporting, SIP carrier and case system integration

§ 04 · How it works

How it works

  1. 01 · connect

Your phones, video terminals, kiosks, and tablets register over standard SIP. No carrier change, no workflow change.

  2. 02 · see

Every inbound call arrives carrying identity, reputation, and attestation signals, scored before it connects.

  3. 03 · decide

Your rules decide what is allowed, challenged, or stopped. Rules and AI flag the rest for review.

  4. 04 · account

Sensitive lines stay out of monitoring, every staff action is logged, and delivery gaps come with evidence.

§ 05 · Who it's for

Who it's for

01 · agencies

Government agencies

§ 08 · Questions

Questions

01

What does ICS stand for?

Intelligent Communication Systems. HACC ICS is The HACC Group's intelligence layer for enterprise and government communications.

02

Does HACC ICS replace our carrier?

No. HACC ICS is the technology platform. It sits in front of your network and connects to your existing carrier over standard SIP.

03

Who decides what gets stopped?

You do. Your organization sets the rules and HACC ICS enforces them, the way your email security layer already works. Every decision is logged.

04

Does it use voiceprints or voice biometrics?

No. HACC ICS detects synthetic and cloned audio without identifying the speaker, and does not build voice templates.

05

How are sensitive and privileged conversations handled?

Lines your organization designates, such as HR, health, crisis, legal, and financial, are excluded from recording and monitoring. Privileged lines follow a documented designation procedure, and every change to the list is logged.

06

Does the AI make decisions about people?

No. AI supports transcription, reporting, and behavioral analysis, and flags calls for review. Authorized staff decide what happens next, and their actions are logged.
